General 19:00- Begin Rehearsal ·      Get prepped 19:30- Begin Run ·      Act I Run time: 51:54 20:22- Break 20:32- Resume Run ·      Act II and III Run time: 1:12:12 ·      Notes 1.     Enunciate 2.     Roose-a-velt 3.     Missed a few notes 4.     Late returning after exit with tea things 5.     Mortimer- bigger reaction when you first see body 6.     Martha- Pull back on the ad libs 7.     Abby- Sometimes too soft 8.     Gibbs- some gutturals when he is yelling at you 9.     Act I- pick up the pace (speed through of this Act before tomorrow) 10.  Martha and Abby- exit faster on 'just for tonight' 11.  Enunciate 12.  Jonathan- can you back up to the cellar instead of turning to go to the cellar 13.  Mortimer- upstaged yourself when you followed O'Hara out 14.  Question from Einstein- do we react to Mortimer's flip flop? 15.  Einstein- don't point at Jonathan when laughing 16.  Emily- quicker blackout at the end of Act II 17.  Mortimer- math off? Nope that is how it is written 18.  Jayson- strike the hat at the end of Act I 19.  Abby- Let's go Martha- be more determined 20.  Jonathan- Can we split the Melbourne Method cross in two? 21.  Question from Martha- What do we want to do if we end up with two shoes onstage? Emily suggested that we leave the shoes backstage and have Jonathan toss one shoe out as Einstein falls 22.  Abby- Switch sides for the "Oh, no!' moment in Act III 23.  Mortimer- you moved upstage of the table a little early and blocked yourself during Act III 24.  Abby, Martha- you don't have time to go look out the window- just gather by the telephone table 22:03- End Rehearsal

Set- The SL exit from the platform needs extended curtains for sightlines. I can clearly see Tom through the gap over the cellar door. He waved to me.

Props- We need to re-glue the tassel onto the curtain cords. We need a picture for Jonathan. We need a purse for Elaine.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX- Can we remove the Cellar light from the all up slider?

Costumes- O'Hara's hat is too big and she needs size six black shoes.

Facility

Director-

Actors- You can not talk backstage, we can hear you. Kaye, please do not make sound cues. For the doorbell cue, I am waiting on a visual cue. Jake- are you going to knock first or is doorbell first? If you see the door open, someone please find a time to cross and close it. Don't just ignore it.- Megan, nice adlib Everybody needs to look at their lines. All of the lines. I will not be sending out line notes.
