Hello All,

Here is the rehearsal report from our first rehearsal. Could someone please send me the emails for Ellen, Barb, and anyone else that should be included on these emails?

Thanks! Once I have emails for any crew people that need to be involved in a production meeting, I will send out a poll to the appropriate people to set up some production meetings.

Next Rehearsal/Schedule The schedule has been shared with the cast through the Google calendar   Tuesday, August 9, 2016 Pages to be worked: Act I, pages 31-39 in the blue book, pages 63 (second column starting with Mortimer raising the wine glass to his lips)- 68 (end of the 1st Act) in the photocopied scripts; Act III, Scene 1, pages 69-78 in the blue book, pages 84 (top of Act Three)- 89 (O'Hara turns on the lights, possibly to the end of the scene) Characters called at 7 pm: Jonathan, Einstein, Mortimer, Abby, Martha If your character is in these pages and you are not called, this is because we plan to work you into the scene at a later date due to the limited time you would be needed for these pages. You are still welcome to come to the rehearsal but it is by no means required.

Set Emily needs a set layout with measurements to tape the dimensions out.

Props Arden is working on the props list, we will continue to note needed props as we work.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX

Costumes I have taken all of the cast's measurements except Jake who will email them to me before tomorrow's rehearsal
